Novel approaches and techniques, new tools and frameworks are needed to address the increasing complexity of these applications.  The Web Technologies track of ACM SAC aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners from industry and academia working on practical and foundational aspects of Web technologies as well as other technologies that in the Web have found new and unexpected application fields.
