After five successful editions in Brazil, the 6th CIPED gains a new dimension with its first edition on European soil, being sponsored / organized by CIAUD – Center for Research in Architecture, Urban Planning and Design of the FA-UTL.
The congress will take place from 10 to 12 October 2011 in Lisbon, in the auditorium of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, with the motto “An Agenda for Design”, seeking to assert itself as an international landmark in the dissemination of research in the main areas of Design (Communication, Product and fashion) but also Ergonomic Design, Inclusive Design and Urbanity.
The 6th CIPED will feature distinguished speakers for each of the six scientific areas, fields for which are also accepted oral and poster, approved by the Scientific Committee on the system of Double-blind-review. The communications will be accepted and published in the Abstract book and, the best ones, will be published in full length as Proceedings.
